Therapy for Emotional Health
When someone is searching for therapy, they are generally looking for a safe place to talk about their personal and emotional problems with someone unconnected from their personal life.

I offer confidential therapy for adults, in a private safe space where you can talk openly and freely without judgement.
​
Taking the first step to make contact or book an appointment can be daunting, as can be approaching your first session. There is no need to know exactly what you want to talk about, we can explore current thoughts and feelings and go from there.

Poppy Elizabeth
I am a qualified counsellor, studying and qualifying in Jersey.
​
Becoming a therapist was (and still is) my dream job and I look forward to expanding my knowledge and career. I have a special interest in perinatal mental health and believe it is something the island is missing. I have completed and passed perinatal mental health courses and will continue to further this knowledge throughout my life.
​
In early 2023 I also completed the Fertility Counsellor Course with BICA (British Infertility Counselling Association) - the only course endorsed by HFEA.
​
I adhere to a Code of Ethics for my profession, which can be found by searching for the BACP Ethical Framework. This ensures all therapists work to the highest level of professionalism.
​
I undertake ongoing clinical supervision to support my work, this can be explained further on request.

This is one to one, face to face therapy in a quiet, professional and private office in St Helier.

If face to face isn't an option for you, then you can pick to take your therapy online via a secure online platform for video conferencing.
